每一袋背面都印着怎么泡。热的、冰的、加奶，三种喝法，都只要一袋 5g。Every sachet has the steps on the back. Hot, iced or with milk, each takes one 5 g sachet.
01 — 三种喝法 Three ways

不需要懂茶，也不需要仪式感。下面是我们自己最常用的比例，浓一点就多泡几秒，淡一点就早点倒出来。
You don’t need to know tea or keep a ritual. These are the ratios we use ourselves: steep a little longer for stronger, pour sooner for lighter.
热泡 Hot
5g 茶，110ml、100°C 的水。第一泡 20 秒倒出，第二泡 30 秒，第三泡 45 秒。5 g tea, 110 ml water at 100°C. Pour off the first steep at 20 seconds, the second at 30, the third at 45.
加冰 Iced
5g 茶，150ml 热水，泡 60 秒，倒进装着 100g 冰块的杯子。5 g tea, 150 ml hot water, 60 seconds, then pour it over 100 g of ice.
加奶 Milk
5g 茶，80ml 热水，泡 60 秒，再加 150ml 冷牛奶。5 g tea, 80 ml hot water, 60 seconds, then add 150 ml cold milk.
随便怎么喝 Anything
摇成鸡尾酒、淋在冰淇淋上、装进包里骑车带走，都算。Shake it into a cocktail, pour it over ice cream, throw it in a bag for the bike ride: all of it counts.
马克杯、咖啡杯， 手边有什么用什么。
岩茶身上有一整套老规矩：盖碗、公道杯、闻香杯。我们把茶叶原样端过来，把这套规矩留在了原地。有一个杯子、一壶热水，就够了。
Rock tea comes with a whole set of old rules: lidded bowls, pitchers, aroma cups. We brought the tea over exactly as it is and left the rules behind. A cup and hot water are enough.
