01 — 茶 The tea
先说茶。 About the tea.
武夷岩茶是什么茶？
武夷岩茶是乌龙茶的一种，产自福建武夷山。茶树长在岩壁和峡谷之间，叶子要经过摇青、杀青、揉捻和焙火，喝起来有“岩骨花香”。
Wuyi rock tea is an oolong from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, grown between cliffs and gorges and finished with a slow roast: mineral first, then floral.
三款有什么不一样？
大红袍醇厚：岩骨花香，焙火醇厚。肉桂性烈：桂皮辛香，霸气浓烈。水仙清淡：兰香幽长，醇厚甘滑。详见三味。
Da Hong Pao is full and deeply roasted; Rou Gui is fierce, with cinnamon spice; Shui Xian is gentle, with long orchid notes.
第一次喝岩茶，选哪款？
想要清淡顺口，从水仙开始；想尝最典型的岩茶味，选大红袍；喜欢浓的，选肉桂。拿不定主意，三味礼盒三款都有。
For something gentle, start with Shui Xian; for the classic rock-tea taste, Da Hong Pao; for strong, Rou Gui. The gift set has all three.
一盒有多少茶？
每盒 6 袋，每袋 5g，共 30g。三味礼盒是大红袍、肉桂、水仙各一盒，共 90g。

福建武夷山，中间没有经销商。

02 — 怎么喝 Brewing
再说怎么泡。 Brewing.
没有茶壶能泡吗？
能。马克杯、咖啡杯都行，每一袋背面都印着怎么泡。
Yes. A mug or a coffee cup is fine, and the steps are printed on the back of every sachet.
热茶怎么泡？
5g 茶，110ml、100°C 的水。第一泡 20 秒倒出，第二泡 30 秒，第三泡 45 秒。详见怎么喝。
5 g tea, 110 ml water at 100°C; pour off at 20, 30 and 45 seconds for three steeps.
能做冰茶或者奶茶吗？
能。加冰：150ml 热水泡 60 秒，倒进 100g 冰块。加奶：80ml 热水泡 60 秒，再加 150ml 冷牛奶。
Yes. Iced: 150 ml hot water, 60 seconds, over 100 g ice. Milk: 80 ml hot water, 60 seconds, then 150 ml cold milk.
一袋能泡几次？
热泡的话，一袋 5g 可以连泡三次：20 秒、30 秒、45 秒。
Brewed hot, one 5 g sachet gives three steeps: 20, 30 and 45 seconds.

茶怎么寄？
装在白色飞机盒里寄出，打开是牛皮纸内侧，印着一句「你的茶到了」。

可以送人吗？
可以。三味礼盒是一片成型的翻盖纸盒，三款各一盒，共 90g。

最后，关于我们。 About us.
汤火茶这个名字是什么意思？
把「烫」字拆开，就是汤在上、火在下：底下有火，汤才会烫。名字的由来。
Split the character 烫, hot, and you get 汤, the liquor, over 火, fire.
HEATead 怎么读？
读作 heated。英文名是 Sheri 想出来的：heated 中间嵌进了 tea。
Say it “heated”: the word heated with tea set inside it.
汤火茶是谁做的？
